Graduate Positions
Graduates would normally join us as a Candidate Consultant or New Business Developer before progressing to Trainee Consultant and Recruitment Consultant. We focus on promoting internally and you can find yourself managing Resourcers and Consultants within the first few years of joining us
Recruitment is a great career which enables you to win new business from clients, to search for and screen applicants for roles and to manage the expectations of clients and candidates throughout many interview processes! With hard work, training and a persuasive personality this can result in placing candidates in various permanent roles. Each placement earns a Consultant lucrative commission and the more successful Consultants can progress into leading teams and managing staff.
Experienced Positions
We are always keen to speak to experienced Consultants and can offer a transparent, generous commission structure along with a well established client base. All enquiries will be kept confidential and Steve Rooney is always able to meet informally or after working hours if required.
We can provide the support, knowledge and training required to succeed in recruitment but require candidates who are confident, persuasive (ideally with sales experience) and target driven.
