	Job Description Conference Producer – Pharmaceutical Sector Salary: £20-30K + Bonus + Benefits (fully dependant on experience) Location: London We are looking for experience Conference Producers with Pharmaceutical industry experience to join an international events company based in Central London. The Role As a Conference Producer you will work both in a team and individually to deliver conferences from initial concept stage through to final production. This will involve intensive industry and topic research and testing to eliminate any major discrepancies. As Producer you will be required to approach delegates and secure suitable topical speakers for each event whilst building and maintaining commercial support to keep within budget. The successful candidate will communicate with the marketing and sales department to confirm attendee and speaker relevancy and with the Operations team to ensure cost effective methods are used but high quality services are the outcome for each Conference or Event. The Candidate  Educated to degree level.  Previous experience of technical Conference Producing in the Pharmaceutical industry within a Conference and Events company. This position is suited to someone with experience of producing conferences in the Pharmaceutical sector who can generate new ideas and concepts for the events sector. You will be self motivated and a perfectionist who works well individually and in a team. It is vital the candidate has experience of working to a tight budget and strategising to produce within that budget.
