As an exciting design led company operating in a lifestyle led market our client are looking to invest in the future by appointing a number of manufacturing based graduate trainees.
This is a hands-on role where you will be gaining experience within the whole production process and the opportunity to manage a small team through time.
All candidates must be a graduate with a 2.1 or above in a relevant Engineering/Manufacturing discipline. The most important qualities are personable, the willingness to be part of a team, leadership skills, communication and most importantly enthusiasm. The manufacturing division of this ceramics giant adopt a work hard, play hard attitude.

Remuneration:
Starting Salary: £13,500 (regular salary reviews, first after 6 months). Benefits: Pension and life assurance, 33 days holiday and excellent training and career progression.
