Basic salary from £20-35,000 basic + commission + healthcare + pension scheme + Company Car + 25 days holiday

The Client
Award winning international recruitment agency is looking for experienced consultants to move into an account management role within recruitment. You will be working with existing accounts in the professional sectors covering Marketing, HR, Legal, Financial & IT positions. In order to improve your client portfolio you will be generating new business persuading companies to trust you to fill their vacancies! My client have been recognised in The Sunday Times & The Guardian for their recruitment services and their ability to support and retain staff from trainee to managerial level.
The Role
My client currently has vacancies for experienced recruitment & sales professionals who have proven billing figures & who are looking to progress to the next stage in recruitment. In this role you will be recruiting for a number of different roles over a variety of sectors and levels. Using your recruitment experience, you will be completing the whole recruitment cycle, whilst maintaining business relationships and working within a great recruitment team structure.
The Person
As an experienced recruitment consultant you will have been working ideally within the permanent sectors of recruitment & are now looking to join a pro-active, ambitious company who will match & exceed your current salary along with offering you additional incentives towards progressing and developing your career.
You Must:
· Have a minimum of 2 years recruitment experience or experience in a pro-active business-to-business sales environment · Have the ambition, drive and motivation to progress your recruitment career · Have a full UK driving licence & be available to work in the UK immediately.
