Experienced Recruitment Consultant-Executive Secretarial-London
£22-35,000 basic + commission + additional bonus structure
Fantastic opportunity for a money motivated, professional Recruitment Consultant to work for a boutique agency specialising in executive secretarial placements. Would suit an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking to grow within a professional recruitment agency.
The Company
The consultants who make this boutique agency successful have over 25 years within secretarial recruitment, they wanted to provide a niche agency specialising in placing secretarial roles within the professional sectors in London, one area they focus on in particularly is the banking sector, with various Executive and Personal Assistant roles for Hedge Funds and Private Equity divisions. Specialising in both temporary and permanent placements they cater for a wide market and are constantly turning away new business, hence the need for an additional consultant. My client are looking for the new consultant to be experienced within the recruitment industry, ideally secretarial recruitment as you will be moving onto a warm desk that has been left open by a consultant who has left on a sabbatical.
The Candidate
· You will have recruitment experience ideally within the secretarial industry but we would also consider industry sectors that recruit people based on personality and team fit e.g. marketing, sales and recruitment-to recruitment.
· Ideally you will be a graduate with commercial experience or of graduate calibre.
· The agency is small but growing you will need to have excellent communication skills and be confident both over the telephone and face-to-face.
· There is huge potential in this role to grow with the company, you must be ambitious. |
