Job Title: Financial Recruitment Consultant
Location: Central London
Salary: £18-30,000 basic + commission
Benefits: Fantastic training, private healthcare, suit allowance, pension scheme
Necessary Requirements: Sales experience-you must have experience in business-to-business telesales
The Role
Working as a Recruitment Consultant in the financial industry will involve you placing candidates from Financial Assistants, Part-Qualified to Full-Qualified Accountants to Senior Financial Directors across a variety of sectors. Consultants must be prepared to have candidates receive counter offers for alternative positions therefore you must be resilient, with excellent communication skills to persuade your candidates to stay with you. As the Financial market is so competitive, consultants must build strong relationships with both their clients and candidates.

My client have over 25 years experience of recruiting within the financial sector, they are an award winning agency who have been recognised as one of the top companies to work for in the UK by the Sunday Times newspaper. They operate in a team environment, a factor which has enabled them to have a low staff turnover.
The Candidate
All candidates must be able to demonstrate that they have dealt with sales queries over the telephone, ideally in a business-to-business capacity
Candidates must be of graduate calibre and be confident to communicate to financial professionals at all levels
You must be pro-active and always be looking for new business opportunities
You will live or be willing to relocate to London, recruitment hours can be long your commute from home to work should not exceed 45 minutes.
