Trainee Sponsorship Sales Manager
Salary: Basic £18-20K OTE up to £40K

The Company
Our client is a flourishing events company based in the heart of the city. The smaller subsidiary of a larger group is extending their welcome to the graduate market; subsequently we are looking for an enthusiastic ambitious graduate to become a part of our client’s success as Trainee Sponsorship Sales Manager.
The Role
Reporting to the Managing Director and alongside other Sponsorship Sales Managers the right candidate will join the sales department and begin building on a client base already in place. You will meet with and discuss opportunities with relevant contacts in the industry with the intension to sell sponsorship on events and event space.
With a growing number of international events taking place each year the role will be fast paced and ever changing.
Established internationally, our client work with a large network of multinational corporations therefore the successful candidate will be professional and confident in dealing with high profile clients.
You will be responsible for duties such as the following: • Consistently hitting sales targets and building on your own sales technique and training. • Account Management. • Campaign Management. • Research industry to increase new business opportunities. • Developing sales and business plans in conjunction with the rest of the team.
The Candidate – Essential Requirements • Educated to degree level (preference will go to Business related degrees). • Passion for sales, with a target driven attitude.
It is not essential to have sales experience but if you do and are educated to degree level do not hesitate to apply.

A very competitive basic salary and excellent commission structure leads to a realistic OTE of £38-40K – based on previous Trainee Sales Sponsorship Managers.
