Graduate Management Training Scheme – Engineering - Stoke-on-Trent
Exciting opportunity for recent Engineering/Manufacturing graduates to join well-established ceramics manufacturing company in Stoke-on-Trent. No experience needed.
The Company:
Our client is a global player in the china and glass products market. Their products service the complete range of retail and hospitality markets worldwide.
As an exciting design led company operating in a lifestyle led market our client are looking to invest in the future by appointing a number of commercially based Engineering or Manufacturing graduate trainees.
The Role:
Educated to degree level in an Engineering degree or similar, you will be given the opportunity to develop your theoretical knowledge into practical skills working with the manufacturing team of our market leading firm.
You will join other graduates to learn and develop within different departments of the business, once you are comfortable with the processes and have trained up in all areas you will be fast-tracked into a management role.
You will have the responsibility for material & process development. Knowledge of ceramic materials handling & development would be beneficial and is a hands-on analytical approach to problem solving is desired. Proven good communication and people skills are also a necessary requirement.

Starting Salary: £13,500 (regular salary reviews, first after 6 months).
