Salary £16-20,000 basic + commission + company car + team lunches + team holidays

The Company
Award winning international recruitment agency is looking for enthusiastic, professional graduates to move into an account management role within recruitment. You will be working with existing accounts in the professional sectors covering Marketing, HR, Legal, Financial & IT positions. In order to improve your client portfolio you will be generating new business persuading companies to trust you to fill their vacancies! My client have been recognised in The Sunday Times & The Guardian for their recruitment services and their ability to support and retain staff from trainee to managerial level.
The Role
Working in Recruitment means you control your earnings; you manage your own desk developing a portfolio of clients and choose your own candidates for interview. The role is incredibly varied, you will spend your time contacting businesses selling to senior management arranging client visits where you will learn all about the company.
If you are looking for an office job that has the X Factor then this role is for you! Consultants can earn up to £3000 a month in commission alone within their first year!!
The Candidate
· Ideally a graduate or graduate calibre with sales experience
· Commercial experience whilst studying
· Excellent telephone manner
· Money motivated and ready to push their career forward in recruitment
· Competitive
· Excellent grasp of the English language
· Confident
· Outside of London it is essential that you hold a full UK driving license
