	Job Description Graduate MI Analyst - Staffordshire (Salary Dependent on Experience) My client, based in Newcastle Under Lyme, Staffordshire, are looking to recruit a MI Analyst, with SQL Server experience. The role is detailed below: My client is looking for a Graduate MI Analyst to come on board within their Operations team. This role will require your excellent analytical and communication skills to assist with the creation and maintenance of regular and ad-hoc MI reports. The position also provides an opportunity to work in a flexible, innovative environment that encourages personal development and independent thinking. Duties will include: • Interrogate and analyse databases in order to derive performance metrics • Contribute to strategic direction of the Operations team by informing the process • Reporting into internal team structures The successful applicant will have: • A genuine interest in data interrogation • Experience of relational databases, preferably using SQL Server • Although not essential, experience of reporting services would be beneficial • A background in IT, Mathematics or Business • An aptitude for both efficient and accurate working • Accomplished communication skills and an ability to convey results to business users • A willingness to work independently when required If you feel this may be an opportunity you wish to be put forward for or if you would like to discuss other opportunities, please let me know as soon as possible, along with salary expectations.
