	Job Description Lean Manufacturing Technician - Foam Head / Unwinds / Ancillary Machinery Location: Ipswich Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 + Shift Allowance Necessary Requirements: The successful applicant to the post of Lean Manufacturing Technician will have proven supervisory or team leading experience in lean manufacturing and process improvement coupled with recognised chemical processing, chemical engineering or mechanical qualifications, ideally NVQ, HNC or HND. The Role: Our client is a leading manufacturer of insulation products and as a result of continued expansion they currently have a requirement for an experienced Lean Manufacturing Technician who will lead the front end process to ensure the production plan is met to an agreed high standard without downtime. Successful applicants will also plan, implement and lead a team in the executing of a regular preventative maintenance schedule. As a result candidates should have previous preventative maintenance experience and awareness of TPM. The Candidate: • Essential: Previous Lean Manufacturing Experience Foam Head / Unwinds / Ancillary Machinery experience Awareness of TPM and Preventative Maintenance Systems Strong supervisory skills • Desirable: Good team working skills, and the ability to work unsupervised
