Job Title: Legal Recruitment Consultant
Location: Central London
Salary: £18-30,000 basic + commission
Benefits: Fantastic training, private healthcare, suit allowance, pension scheme
Necessary Requirements: Must have 2:1 or above at University + business-to-business sales experience
The Role
Working in the Legal division of recruitment requires courage, professionalism and the desire to make lots of money. Working along side Solicitors, Lawyers and Barristers you will be networking at various Legal events to get your name into the market. Your main aim is to be noticed, you want Legal professionals to come to you to find them suitable roles in the Legal profession. The Legal sector rewards consultants handsomely but you must be prepared to continue developing new business, your existing clients may only require your assistance twice a year, therefore you must be able to pick up the phone, network and be constantly perusing for new business leads.

The Candidate
All candidates looking to recruit in the Legal industry must have graduated from university with at least a 2:1 or above in any subject
A Legal background would be a huge advantage although not essential
Within your work experience you will have worked in a direct sales environment, selling to businesses over the telephone
Your presentation skills, both face-to-face and over the telephone must be exceptional
Competitive-there are several exceptional Recruitment Consultants in the Legal sector therefore you must be prepared to compete against the very best in the industry
