Brampton Stafford is a specialist graduate and professional permanent recruitment consultancy. We are based in Liverpool City Centre but our client base is UK wide. We are a small, privately owned established business with a client base that has grown over the years. We have a reputation as a friendly, honest company with the ability to identify sought after candidates for a range of roles.

The Role

Our consultants each have an established client base which is supplemented by new business, typically generated through outbound sales calls. New business calls form a small section of a consultants’ day and candidate led tasks tend to dominate their workload.
As a result we are keen to introduce a New Business Lead Generator. This role will focus exclusively on generating new positions for consultants to work on and on growing our client base.

Typical tasks include the following:-

• Calling clients on our contacts database at regular intervals to see if they have any live roles.
• Identifying relevant roles listed online or in industry journals and contacting the decision makers to see if we can assist them.
• Following up leads from candidates and suggestions from clients, making calls and emails to introduce Brampton Stafford.
• Negotiating Terms of Business and taking a detailed job brief for each assignment.
• Working in close partnership with our consultants to determine the priority level of each assignment.

Our Requirements

• You must be able to use your initiative in order to identify potentially lucrative assignments and accurately predict the level of priority for each role.
• Confident and professional approach to developing new business over the phone.
• High energy levels. We want a high volume of calls to be made throughout the day even during periods when you will be the only person on the phone.

• We anticipate rewarding the lead generator with a generous commission structure and realistic targets.
• This is a permanent position and the role will remain constant for an initial period of atleast 6 months. Beyond this point there may be opportunities to move into a recruitment consultant position, to hire a trainee and start a small business development team or to continue in the same role.
