This position provides technical support to the production of latex on the Stallingborough site. You should be able to demonstrate good problem solving abilities, persistence and resilience in overcoming difficulties posed by all the technical aspects of a busy production plant. A key aspect of the role will be to help drive forwards asset productivity, new product and process developments and recipe cost optimisation along a time critical path.
The position involves the collection and scrutiny of large amounts of data from a computer controlled process. Analysis of the process performance is carried out continuously, and improvements in either operating methods or process computer software are made as a result of this analysis. A good appreciation of safety and environmental issues is essential.
Experience in the field of process control would be an advantage, as part of this role will be to provide technical cover.
