Product Development Executive – East London Gaming Company
You will analyse the customer experience across our clients web site, ensuring that it is successful. You will also ensure that promotional campaigns across various web sites are conducted in a timely manner and executed within brand guidelines.
Main duties & responsibilities - Responsible for campaign-led content on microsites and promotional pop-ups - Ensuring above is properly scheduled into the site and that all content is in place - Working with Marketing team to generate briefs for in-house graphics/operations - Working with relevant 3rd parties in commercial or promotional tie-ups to ensure our clients’ presence on their site is effective. - Liaising with Marketing, Operations and Trading departments to ensure user experience is enhanced eg registration process, access to help sections etc. To co-ordinate site improvements via in-house graphics/IT/Operations - Report on effectiveness of activity through web analytics and internal business measurement resources
