A leading Executive Search company based closely to the M42 set in an idyllic location. My client specialises in technical and professional Executive placements across a variety of industry sectors in the UK & throughout Europe.
The Role:
• Deliver profitable revenue by managing the successful delivery of candidates for search assignments won by the supervising Account Director. • To identify and take-on contingency recruitment assignments and deliver additional revenue through the delivery of placements for such contingency recruitment assignments. • To develop a strong network of contacts, ultimately leading to the winning of retained search assignments.
Person Requirements:
• Experience in Permanent Recruitment within a technical or professional desk • Proven success within a recruitment role • Bright and Ambitious
Degree Requirements:
• Educated to a degree level preferable but not essential
