Team Leader – Conference Production – SW London Salary: £40-60,000 basic plus annual profit share

The Client
My client is a global conference company who work on over 1000 large events every year. They are fast growing and cover a number of sectors including energy, finance, technology and legal. They have a strong emphasis on employee development and progression, and can offer fantastic opportunities in both the UK and International offices.
The Role
As a Team Leader and integral member of the management team, you will be responsible for a team of conference producers as well as numerous sales executives, sponsorship managers and marketing managers. You will be building the team’s portfolio through business development, researching the market and developing conference topics. It will be your responsibility to maximise the team’s potential, driving profitability and ensuring the highest quality of programmes. You will also be involved in event sales and marketing, as well as the continued development and motivation of your team.
The Candidate
We are looking for a candidate who has:
· At least 2 years experience as a conference producer · The ability to manage and motivate · Excellent communication skills, time management and creative flair · A strong desire to be successful within the conference production industry
