Team Leader-HR Recruitment-London
Management Recruitment position within the HR division, looking after a team of experienced consultants in the recruitment industry.
The Role
The successful candidate will be working closely with teams in the HR and Commerce & Industry divisions to ensure a cohesive recruitment approach is applied always in order to develop excellent relationships with both clients and candidates.
You will be responsible for revenue growth, which currently stands at £46k GP per month, and the recruitment of new staff in line with team growth and profitability. A huge part of this role will require excellent people management skills, some of your main responsibilities will be:
·Set and review activity and fee targets for team.
·Manage the performance of the team against their KPI’s.
·Create and sustain a positive working environment.
·You will be a role model to other members of staff in terms of, organisational values and operating requirements.
·Direct and motivate team members.
·Collaborate with the Manager in HR recruitment to attract and retain staff.

·Experience in leadership and being in a managerial position.
·Experience in setting KPI’s and appraisal management.

The Company
My client are market leaders in Public Sector recruitment, they have been recognised in this sector by a number of recruitment award panels and are constantly looking for new ways to recognise & reward their high earning consultants. The Public Sector division has a real team ethos and arrange team nights out to coincide with sales awards won by the division. They have a lucrative contract in connection with the Olympics and are currently smashing targets in relation to new accounts won.
The Package
Up to £45,000 basic + commission
