	Job Description Trainee / Graduate - IT Recruitment Consultant Location: Farringdon, London Salary: £18K Basic + Commission The Company Our client is a specialist IT recruitment consultancy. Established in 2008 and owned by a Recruiter Magazine top 20 agency, our client has increased its profits by 40% since May 2009 and is looking to grow accordingly. The Role You will be required to perform as an articulate and persuasive Recruitment Consultant. This will involve gaining respect and loyalty from candidates and clients and attracting new business through a determined approach. You will focus your efforts on filling contract IT positions, typically within the Finance Industry and Public Sector. The Essential Requirements • A 2:1 or above degree in and strong academic background. • Articulate, confident and persuasive phone manner. • A “high achieving” personality. • Desire to work in a results orientated, target driven environment. The Desirable Requirements • Previous sales experience (business to business or business to consumer as opposed to retail).
